We are thrilled to announce that the Time Project has returned to Vaels International School, and this year’s focus was both timely and impactful: E-Waste Management. This initiative gave our Grade IX students the opportunity to delve into one of the most pressing environmental issues of our time—how to manage electronic waste in a sustainable and responsible way.
The Time Project allowed students to approach the e-waste issue from both a practical and a creative standpoint. Students were tasked with showcasing their learning objectives, practical skills, technical requirements, and timelines, all while developing solutions for e-waste disposal, recycling, and reuse.
The Time Project this year was an invaluable learning experience, not just for our Grade IX students, but for the entire Vaels International School community. It served as a reminder of the importance of responsible e-waste management and the power of innovation in solving global challenges.
We are incredibly proud of the students who participated in this year’s project. Their passion, creativity, and dedication to finding sustainable solutions for e-waste management were truly inspiring. As we look toward the future, we hope this project has ignited a sense of responsibility and action among our students—empowering them to contribute to a cleaner, greener world.
